Comprehensive diagnostic & screening care
Early detection saves lives. With advanced endoscopic procedures, evidence-based care and structured surveillance, we’ll help reduce your risk of serious conditions like bowel cancer and support your long-term digestive health.
Care that’s more than just procedures
Alongside our diagnostic and treatment procedures, we offer specialist consultations and fast-tracked open-access — so you’re supported whether you need ongoing help managing a condition or answers quickly.
Not every gut problem needs a procedure.
If you’re dealing with reflux, IBS, coeliac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, persistent abdominal pain or a change in bowel habits, you can see a specialist about it directly — for a clear diagnosis and a plan to manage it.
Our consultation service excludes hepatology (liver disease).
Answers, without the long wait
When your GP is concerned and you need answers quickly, there’s no waiting weeks for a separate specialist appointment first. With our open-access service, a referral is all it takes to be fast-tracked straight to your diagnostic procedure — and you’ll still consult with your gastroenterologist on the day, immediately beforehand.
Our open-access endoscopy service excludes haemorrhoid banding.

My Family Dr recommended Mark Thompson to me many years ago. He said he sends his own wife to him. He has been looking after me ever since and I am most happy with his treatment and care. He is a lovely mannered man and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I would not let anyone else treat me.
